6 Ways to Improve Your Phone Speed (without root)

Update Your Phone - First check if there is any update available for your device, there might be some bugs in your current ROM. If any update available for your device then immediately update your phone.

Uninstall Unwanted Apps - uninstall any apps which you are not using or rarely using, it might affect you device speed. You can keep apk backup of these apps using Apk Export, so you can later use them.
